Vial version 0.4.2 was released on December 29, 2021.

Macro Text Editor

The new Macro Text Editor feature lets you easily share any macros created in Vial GUI with other users.

Support for MIDI keycodes has been implemented; see the developer documentation for details on how to add these to your keyboard.

Several minor bugs have been fixed in this release and new, more exciting bugs, have been implemented.
